●outdoor products have 3 years warranty
RMA Details:
●We can resend brand new products together with new order
●We can make credit amount for any defective products and deduct amount from further order
●MiBoxer don’t need to send back faulty products, but we need faulty report from distributors

●MiBoxer won’t be responsible for any defective products which caused by human error
●MiBoxer don’t compensate for any defective products which not made by Futlight since there is fake products on the market
